Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Advocates rendering services through the NLG must follow these professional financial standards:

  • Advance Remittance: Payments for services must be made in advance.
  • Formal Invoicing: A clear invoice must be sent to the advocate availing the service.
  • Transparent Pricing: No additional fees or hidden costs shall be quoted after the work is completed.
  • Promotions: Promotional or commercial messages are allowed only after administrative approval and payment of the prescribed fee.
